Gulf & Atlantic Maritime Services, Inc. is a privately-owned company founded in 1988. We can proudly say that in the span of these few years G&A has grown to become one of the biggest Shipping Agencies in the U.S.

Brendan R. McCahill, President of Gulf & Atlantic Maritime Services, joined the company from Blue Star Line, formerly ACT/PACE Line, where he held various management positions in the United States and in London for 10 years. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President in charge of the PACE trade between North America and Australia and New Zealand. He is largely responsible for introducing the PACE service to the Pacific Coast and that line's expansion of its office network into Midwest markets. He is a graduate of St. Louis University. He also participated in transportation related classes and the Penn State Executive Management courses.

David M. Temple is Vice President, sales and marketing, of Gulf & Atlantic Maritime Services. He has spent his entire business career in the Ocean transportation industry with agencies and steamship lines in the United Kingdom and the United States. After beginning his career with United States Lines in the United Kingdom, he moved to Dart Containerline U.K., Ltd. where he held marketing and Operations positions on both sides of the Atlantic. In 1980 he joined Hapag-Lloyd (America) Inc. as Vice President of the Line Management Group. He became Vice President, sales and service USA for Canada Maritime Agencies, Ltd. in 1985, and just prior to joining Gulf & Atlantic, he served as Commercial director for Canada Maritime Services in the United Kingdom.

Ann M. Godette is Vice President-Finance & Administration of Gulf & Atlantic Maritime Services, Inc. She joined the company at it's inception, continuing a career that has included Farrell Lines, Inc. and the accounting firm of Arthur Young. She is a graduate of St. Peter's College. Ann directs the endeavors of the Corporate Finance Group, Agency Accounting and Systems. She also represents Gulf & Atlantic in Risk Management, Human Resources and Benefit Administration.
